BUHS Booster Club Meeting Minutes January 10, 2023

LOCATION: Brattleboro Union High School – 6:30 – 7:30.
In attendance: Whitney Christmas, Eric Jones, Wendy Stone.

AGENDA: 

1. OLD BUSINESS:
   1. BUHS Winter Raffle
      1. -Raffle items to include: 
      2. 2 Mt. Snow Lift Passes (Weekend or Weekday, expiration date- 4/21/23)
      3. $100 Sam’s Gift Card
      4. $75 Gift Certificate for Meaghan Fagley Photography
      5. $100 Visa Gift Card
      6. 10 Passes for Ski & Skate at Living Memorial Park
   2. TICKET SALES: $10/ticket, $25/3 tickets; payable by Venmo or Paypal
      1. Will cap sales at 100 tickets
      2. ​Eric to create a digital “flier” for website/marketing
      3. Whitney to post marketing and Social Media
      4. Whitney to host the drawing and share live video
   3. Winter Sports Program
      1. -Whitney is gathering photos and names 
      2. -Whitney is confirming ads
      3. -Whitney to send out for printing by the end of January
      4. (will print 50 copies)
      5. *DIscussed needing volunteers to take photos of Spring Sports for the Spring Program 
2. NEW BUSINESS:
   1. ​Digital Upgrades to BUHS Booster Club proposal:
      1. Acquire a Domain Name- $12
      2. Connect Weebly to Square Space- FREE
      3. Upgrade Weebly- up to $144
      4. Purchase Tockify Calendar- $96 Annual fee
   2. *Unanimous Vote to approve above options- to be performed by Eric
